Ripples Chowder Bay | Sydney

Located in Mosman, Ripples at Chowder Bay is on the Taronga Zoo to Balmoral Harbour foreshore walk and offers magnificent views of Clifton Garden’s Beach. Its opening marked a momentous occasion, as it was the first time in over 100 years that the general public could enter this historic space, once reserved for secret military operations to defend Sydney Harbour.

The space includes alfresco dining on the deck as well as two private dining areas: the AquaMine Room and the White Room.

Ripples at Chowder Bay opened in August 2007 and can accommodate up to 104 a la carte diners on the deck and 100 people for functions held in our private function room. This fully licensed and BYO restaurant is open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week and for breakfast Saturday’s and Sunday’s. Our Chefs have designed a modern Australian menu with an Italian twist. Ripples at Chowder Bay captures the essence of relaxed Sydney dining by the water.
