AquaMine Room
The AquaMine room can be hired exclusively for breakfast, lunch or dinner 7 days a week. The AquaMine room can accommodate up to 100 people for a sit down or cocktail style function.
For a sit down style event guests can enjoy the 3 Course Set Menu (allows guests to place an order on the day) as well as the standard beverage package served on an unlimited basis for the duration of your function at $100 per person. For a cocktail style event we provide a substantial menu of canapés and pails as well as the standard beverage package served on an unlimited basis for the duration of your function.
Our menus are current, but subject to change depending on the availability of seasonal produce. Our chefs prepare dishes with only the best ingredients available and are more than happy to cater for special dietary requirements. The team is always happy to please when it comes to tailoring special menus for functions.
Minimum spend requirements also apply dependent on the date of the function.

White Room
The White Room can be hired exclusively for breakfast, lunch or dinner 7 days a week. The White Room can accommodate up to 12 people for an intimate private sit down function.
Guests can enjoy the 3 Course Set Menu which allows guests to order from a selection of 3 entrees, 3 mains and 2 desserts on the day and is charged at $80 per person (includes sides). Beverages are charged on consumption only (no BYO).
Minimum spend requirements also apply dependent on the date of the function.
