Young Culinary Achiever Scholarship

Provided by the Aqua Dining Group of Restaurants

The Aqua Dining Group of Restaurants has established an annual industry scholarship that will reward 3rd year apprentices who are undertaking trade training in commercial cookery or patisserie across Australia.

The Group’s Managing Director, Bill Drakopoulos, seeks to invest back into the hospitality industry through the provision of a scholarship that recognises culinary talent and above all else, a young apprentice’s passion and commitment to hospitality as a career.

About the Scholarship

Young Culinary Achiever - 3rd Year Commercial Cookery Apprentice Recipient which provides return airfares to London, accommodation and work experience with renowned Chef Brett Graham at the 2 Michelin Star rated Ledbury Restaurant and $1,000 spending money.

Congratulations to  Rebecca Mutch, 3rd year HTN Apprentice Chef at Rydges Hotel Rosehill who won this prestigious award for 2011
